As a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bath (UK), I operate at the crossroads of design, technology, and human behaviour.
My main research interests are centred around the relationship between design and technology, decision making and task allocation, and perceptions and personal beliefs (e.g., trust in systems, perceived self-efficacy, risk perception).
Most of my teaching is related to product design and development processes and methods, ideation and concept development, and user interaction.
I combine a practical and straightforward approach with a strong theoretical background and a fundamental belief in cooperation.
